Driving in Mexico and the Baja means having to learn a bit about what you can and will encounter on the roads both in and out of town. While renting a car and driving in Los Cabos is a great way to see the sights (and save cab fare), it can be an eye opening experience. The first thing to learn is what all the different traffic signs mean. Here is a list of the signs you'll see and their English translation

Whether you are traveling alone on the road or with other
vehicles stay alert, most vehicles will flash their hazard
lights and slow down when cattle or other hazards enter the
roadway. Do your part and please warn others by flashing your
hazard lights whenever there is a hazardous situation.
